The castle swapped mine and Zuko's bending abilities once. Both of us are really great at bending our own elements, we've practiced and trained a so much, but trying to control each others' was a total nightmare.

Sokka, I spent a year there. A year without you, sometimes doing things that were way more dangerous than 'lending my powers to a guy for a few days.' You're going to have to trust me to make my own decisions sometimes.
