Which...is actually less terrible than it sounds, given losing the war threw her right into crazytown and made her even more dangerous than she already is.
...But she's still dangerous now. She's a powerful firebender and she can bend lightning as well. Add to the fact she's one of the Fire Nations best fighters and a master manipulator and you've got a very dangerous person on the Fleet.
[He pinches the bridge of his nose, exhaling. This is such a big problem, if it were up to him, Azula would have been drop kicked into space the second she got off the Marsiva. But that's not what Zuko wants, and he will respect his friend's wishes on how to handle his sister. ]
At the moment, she'll be calm. She'll want to make friends, allies. Be on your guard, but don't outright challenge her. Just talk to her, keep her at an arms length. She can be...unpredictable, and that'll only be worse if she thinks people are against her.
And uh...I'm not sure what you know about the state of our world, currently. Or the position Zuko's in now?
